So the base max lvl for most creature is 150 and then some creature like wyverns get to 190 max lvl. I think it's the same for magmasaures, and deinonychus despite being an egg tame is max 150 too. On our private server we have the difficulty off set to 1.0 and the spawn rate at 1.0 making the max lvl of the server on wild dinos at 120.I read somewhere if you go into the GameUseraSettings and changing the difficulty offset to 5.0 rather than 1.0 it does the trick without the need for mods. Installed mod, tamed a level 145 Paracer, found a few Wyvern eggs, 170 and 180 (well above the 4 Difficulty limit) and then removed the mod. Paracer remained and so did the eggs. Wild Dinos are also still there with a 5x modifier until I DestroyWildDinos then I'm pretty sure they will revert back to 4x.
