Every now and then, an ETA is posted on the outage status page (which lists this as an unplanned outage), but then disappears once the ETA is breached. First level support doesn't seem to have any info outside of what's posted on the status page. Unfortunately, the developers have not acknowledged the login issues or confirmed that Vudu is down or not working for its users. As its most likely a server-related issue, there is no workaround to resolve the problem at the moment. These past 3 weeks, my internet and TV service disruptted many times on random days and times. The outage map only shows an estimated time of service coming back but no reason shown.
